General Inquiries & Number Assistance

Our support team is available to assist you with setting up virtual phone numbers, troubleshooting calling and SMS delivery, audio quality optimization, and account configuration.

Account Deletion & Number Release

You have full control over your privacy and data. To permanently delete your account and release your numbers:

  • Direct In-App Deletion: Open the Second Number app, navigate to Settings > Delete Account, and confirm deletion. Your account, assigned phone numbers, call history, and message records will be immediately erased.
  • Assisted Deletion: You can also contact us by emailing official@pdfexpert.top with your Apple User ID, and our support team will manually process your deletion request.

Emergency Services Advisory

Please be reminded that Second Number is an over-the-top VoIP and virtual number service. It does NOT support 911, 112, or emergency service calls. For any emergency, please use your mobile device's primary cellular carrier or a local landline.

Subscriptions & Calling Credits

For questions regarding your active subscription, calling credit balances, or billing inquiries, you can review your subscription status in iOS Device Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. All payments and refunds are handled securely by Apple.
