IMPORTANT TELECOMMUNICATIONS NOTICE & EMERGENCY CALLING DISCLAIMER: Second Number is an over-the-top VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) and virtual telephony service. Second Number IS NOT A REPLACEMENT FOR TRADITIONAL MOBILE OR FIXED-LINE TELEPHONY AND DOES NOT SUPPORT 911, 112, 999, OR ANY EMERGENCY CALLING OR TEXTING SERVICES. In the event of an emergency, you must use your mobile device's native carrier cellular phone or a landline.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Second Number mobile application (the "App") or accessing https://pdfexpert.top/, provided by Second Number ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and End User License Agreement ("Terms" or "EULA"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the App.

2. End User License Agreement (EULA)

Second Number grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable limited license to install and use Second Number on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, solely for personal or legitimate business communication purposes, strictly in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions (Usage Rules).

• Scope of License: You may not copy, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, attempt to derive source code, modify, or create derivative works of the App or any updates, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
• Reservation of Rights: All intellectual property rights, titles, and interests in and to Second Number remain the exclusive property of Second Number.

3. Apple Standard EULA & Third-Party Beneficiary Terms

You acknowledge and agree that this Agreement is entered into between you and Second Number only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). As an App Store customer:

• Standard EULA Precedence: These Terms incorporate by reference the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Terms and Apple's Standard EULA, the terms of Apple's Standard EULA shall govern.
• Apple as Beneficiary: Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
• Maintenance & Support: Second Number is solely responsible for providing all maintenance and customer support services for Second Number. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the App.
• Product Claims: Second Number, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App or your possession and use thereof, including but not limited to product liability claims, telecommunications regulations, and consumer protection.
• Third-Party IP Infringement: In the event of any third-party claim that the App or your possession and use of the App infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, Second Number, not Apple, is solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of such claim.

4. Description of Service & Virtual Phone Numbers

Second Number provides temporary, burner, and persistent virtual telephone numbers that allow users to place outgoing voice calls, receive incoming calls, and send/receive SMS messages over an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or cellular data).

• Number Ownership: Virtual phone numbers are leased or assigned to your account for the duration of your active subscription or rental period. You do not own title or property rights to assigned telephone numbers. If your subscription expires, is canceled, or is terminated, the phone number may be reclaimed and reallocated to the carrier pool after an inactivity grace period.
• Telecommunication Availability: Call quality, connection success, and SMS delivery depend on third-party mobile telecommunication carrier networks and your device's internet connectivity. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free transmission.

5. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use Second Number strictly in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and telecommunication regulations (including CTIA regulations, the TCPA, and STIR/SHAKEN standards). You strictly agree NOT to:

• Spam & Robocalls: Send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or automated robocalls;
• Harassment & Defamation: Harass, threaten, stalk, abuse, or defame any individual or business;
• Fraud & Spoofing: Engage in phishing, identity theft, fraudulent impersonation, or transmitting misleading caller ID information;
• Emergency Number Misuse: Attempt to contact emergency services (e.g., 911, 112) through the App;
• System Disruption: Reverse-engineer the communication protocols, bypass rate limits, or disrupt server infrastructure.

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy will result in immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of assigned numbers and unused credits without refund.

6. In-App Subscriptions, Credits & Billing

Second Number offers auto-renewing subscriptions and consumable calling/texting credits ("Second Number Premium") processed securely through Apple StoreKit 2.

• Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
• Account Renewal: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate specified for your selected plan.
• Managing Subscriptions: You can manage, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time in your iOS Device Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• Refunds: All purchases and refund requests are governed and processed directly by Apple according to Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

7. User Accounts & In-App Deletion

To use personalized numbers and synchronization, you must create an account using Sign in with Apple or approved authentication methods. You may permanently delete your account and all associated telephony data at any time directly in the App under Settings > Delete Account.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Second Number and its officers, directors, employees, and carrier partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the App, dropped calls, delayed SMS, number reallocations, or inability to access emergency services.

9. Legal Compliance & Export Controls

You represent and warrant that: (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document or via in-app notifications. Continued use of the App following any changes indicates your acceptance.
